Who sells MoyaiDelay
MoyaiDelay is made by Toni Berthold (see the imprint). Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which sells the license as merchant of record and handles payment, invoices and sales tax. Lemon Squeezy's own buyer terms apply to the payment.
What you buy
A license to use the MoyaiDelay desktop app for Windows. It is software only, delivered as a download with a license key. There are no physical goods.
- Monthly (€9.99 per month) and Yearly (€79.99 per year) are subscriptions. They renew automatically until you cancel.
- Founder Yearly (€49 per year) is a subscription limited to the first 50 buyers. The price stays the same as long as the subscription runs without a break.
- Founder Lifetime (€149 once) is a one-time purchase limited to 25 buyers. It includes all updates for as long as MoyaiDelay is developed.
One license is for one person. You can activate it on up to two of your own PCs at the same time. You may not resell, share or redistribute the license key or the app.
Free trial
The app runs with every feature for 14 days before you buy anything. No payment details are needed for the trial.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the link in your purchase email or by writing to support@moyaidelay.com. The license stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Cancelling a founder subscription ends its founder price.
Refunds
14 days money back, no questions. Within 14 days of any purchase or renewal, write to support@moyaidelay.com with your order email and you get the full amount back. The license key is deactivated after the refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Use of the app
MoyaiDelay relays your stream from OBS to the platforms you choose. You stay responsible for following the rules of those platforms and of the games you stream. Automatic mode only reads the official game state data that the games provide for tools like this.
Warranty and liability
We fix bugs and keep the app working with current versions of OBS and the supported platforms, but we cannot promise that it runs without any interruption on every setup. We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential contractual duties, limited to the damage typical and foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act is not affected.
Changes and law
If these terms change, the version in force when you bought applies to that purchase. German law applies, except where the consumer protection law of your country gives you more rights.
