This website
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
The live demo runs entirely in your browser. It does not send data to any server.
The MoyaiDelay app
The app runs on your PC. Your stream is relayed locally to the platforms you choose and does not pass through our servers. Your settings and stream keys are stored on your PC.
The app checks GitHub for updates (it downloads a small version file from github.com). GitHub sees your IP address for that request. When you activate a license, the app sends your license key and an anonymous device ID to Lemon Squeezy so your key can be tied to up to two PCs. The app has no analytics and no tracking.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy LLC, a Stripe company), which acts as merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy processes your name, email address, billing address and payment details to complete the purchase, issue your license key and invoices, and meet tax obligations. We receive your name, email address, order details and license key status, and use them only to deliver your license and give support. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Email and contact form
If you write to support@moyaidelay.com or use the contact form, we use your name, email address and message only to answer you. The form sends your entries through a Cloudflare Worker, and email is received through Cloudflare Email Routing and delivered to our mailbox at Google (Gmail). We keep messages as long as needed to handle your request and delete them when they are no longer needed, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time which data we hold about you, and to correct or delete it. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Write to support@moyaidelay.com. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for purchases and support and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for hosting and security.
